Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aurora Vault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Description of Service

Aurora Vault is an AI-powered productivity workspace platform that provides:

  • AI task automation and intelligent workflow orchestration
  • Knowledge management and semantic search capabilities
  • Team collaboration tools and shared workspaces
  • Third-party app integrations and API access
  • AI assistant and agent functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and API keys
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account credentials with others outside your authorized workspace
  • Be responsible for all content and automations run under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Aurora Vault to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Generate, distribute, or automate spam or unsolicited communications at scale
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary AI systems
  • Store or process illegal content, malware, or harmful data
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass any individual or organization

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Aurora Vault and its underlying technology, branding, and code remain the exclusive property of Aurora Vault Inc. You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using our platform.

By using our Service, you grant Aurora Vault a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. This license does not extend to AI model training without your explicit opt-in consent.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Annual plans may receive a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
  • Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
  • Overdue accounts may be suspended after 7 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted. We will provide reasonable assistance with data export upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

For EU customers, GDPR-specific rights and obligations supplement these Terms as set out in our Data Processing Agreement, available upon request.
