What counts as an "AI automation"?
Each discrete AI task execution counts as one automation — whether it's generating a document, processing a workflow step, or running an AI agent action. We're generous with our counting.
Is my data used to train your AI models?
No. Your workspace data is never used for model training. We operate under strict data isolation principles. Enterprise customers can also sign a DPA for additional guarantees.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes. We offer 30% discounts for registered non-profits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR). Contact us with proof of eligibility.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You'll have 30 days to export all your data after cancellation. After that, it's permanently deleted from our systems. We make exporting simple with one-click data packages.
